Timberjacks in Goettingen

Very nice place. I will never forget it. - I was there in January 2020 , with ocassion of a business trip. At that hour when I enter (like 8 P.M.), it was full, but we served at the bar all we needed. The beer is awesome also. Cheers from Romania

Great ambience, you feel good. Great range of food and drinks. Can you have a nice evening. Really recommended, but don't forget to reserve in advance.

Absolute madness. From the outside you think of a nice restaurant. Then you go in and have the feeling of having gone into a magical house that is 10 times bigger. The ambience is American bar I will say. In the middle a huge bar with an even bigger TV over it. The bull is riding in a corner. Otherwise, daily promotions are advertised on the card. Double meat on burger, taco platter, live music and much more. I can recommend the restaurant as a location as well as the food. The steak was cooked to perfection, the burger tasty too, and the MacNCheese fantastic. I can also warmly recommend the whiskey sour to everyone. All in all, if I come by there again, I'll eat there again!

I was there for the first time in the summer and have been dying to come back ever since! You just feel at home straight away - the staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating, the waiting times are short and the food and drinks are soooo good! (There's a huge selection, so there's something for everyone) I also really like the ambience and especially the music that is being played. Keep it up and greetings from Landshut :)

Hello, Today was the third time we had dinner at Timberjacks Göttingen but today it was unfortunately not as nice as usual. We sat in the corner where we were not noticed at all, which means that we had to reorder drinks almost 15 to 20 minutes on our second round waiting. Then we had a steak there the meat was unfortunately not through. Upon request, we let it go back to the kitchen, but unfortunately it came back exactly as it was handed in. So far we have always been very enthusiastic, but this time it was unfortunately very disappointing

Very friendly service, the menu doesn't make it easy for you. The food was very tasty and didn't take long. Absolutely cozy atmosphere, come back anytime

When I'm in Göttingen, I like to eat here. The food is delicious and the choice is large. The desserts are extremely tasty too. The staff is friendly and helpful.

We learned that Timberjacks is not a steak house, but a super delicious restaurant, we make everything delicious. There are enough parking spaces. Mega bar and mega television. There won't be any better food in Göttingen - just great. The service staff are sometimes a bit overwhelmed but they make away with their friendliness. We will be back definitely.

The quality was great previously but now I feel that the staff don't care and the food is of lower quality.

Basically good food and plenty of choice (steaks, burgers, tacos, fries, veggi, vegans, ...). Depending on which staff serves you, you can get friendly service or very unfriendly service. The kitchen is well thought out and can cater to individual requests. The food, on the other hand, is sometimes not too warm and that reduces the enjoyment when the food is already tepid. The drinks are delicious and fulfill all wishes. The acoustics in the room are good despite the large number of people, ie not too loud. The ambience is unique and impressive. Therefore recommended.

Really nice place. The decoration is just amazing and the food is not cheap but the balance quality/price is perfect. Beware with the portions, they are huge! I will repeat for sure

Beautiful ambience Staff extremely kind .. A small complaint only for food preparation It seemed to me like something unfinished .. Zucchini onions and peppers were completely raw A steak that was ordered as a duich .. it looked more like English to me .. The food was delicious all the aromas were there The only step up to 5 stars was that everything was too raw. Unfortunately, everything was ok

The personnel is very friendly and courteous. A reservation is definitely necessary if you want to have a table at peak times. Both food and drinks are attractively and properly served. Price-performance right here!

Spontaneously reserved this lunch today and got a table for the later evening. Rustic atmosphere and also very cozy in the right corners, but the huge screen destroys the whole thing. You have to be lucky with the space (what we had sat on the left as seen from the entrance). The waiting times for food and drinks were reasonable. The food was delicious and the meat tasted great. Unfortunately a steak that was ordered in medium was served in bleu and a side dish (cauliflower ordered and broccoli got) was swapped. The food could have been a little hotter for my taste. The service was courteous and friendly. To compensate for the mistakes in the main course, we were given a cafe and a beer. Since we were there on Thursdays there was live music, the volume was pleasant and the music was also good.

I fluctuate between three and four when assigning the stars. The ambience is imaginatively different, the menu is extensive. Unfortunately, my chicken was so dry that the chef can recommend a visit to KFC next door.

Burgers are okay but the US Prime Rib steak (around 40€) was disappointing. Ordered medium rare, waited 40 min and got it well done. They took it back and after 20 min received a new steak that was raw inside. Meat quality wasn't amazing either. Seems like the cook has no clue how to do a good steak, and that in a restaurant which takes pride its high quality meat. The waiters got some of the orders wrong but we're friendly and overall service was really good. The dessert and drinks were tasty too.

Mega event catering. Top restaurant, great location, really nicely furnished. The staff are very nice and the food is delicious.

Warning! Timber is falling. Watch for wrong bills. I had to be very persistent to see the bill. When i finally got it, it was wrong. To extra drinks was added. Insist of seeing bill before paying. One steak was fine. The other dry and poor. The food was not as good as earlier visits. The timberjack building is quite amazing. But is the restaurant falling? Bad staff!

One of the best burgers I have ever eaten so far ?

One is impressed by the formidable ambience. It is huge and you have a lot of space. You no longer feel like you are in Germany. I am impressed. You have to visit it because this Timberjack is only available twice in Germany. Great price too. Mondays there is a double portion of meat and large cocktails from 9 p.m.

Today I was at timberjacks for a long time. I was there again and I'm still excited and even more excited. The food is wonderful and the service is great. As always, I am thrilled and I will definitely be back. Thanks and keep it up. I wanted to take pictures of the new toilets, but I will take them next time.

Love this place: the food and atmosphere is worth a visit

As always excellent food. Got a steak which was grilled to the point. I was also impressed if the choice of vegetarian and vegan food.

The restaurant has a Great design theme AAA, Exellent dryaged steaks, self made herb butter and bbq sauce, burgers and self made iced tea. -What's missing is that the waiters don't speak English when they serve and there is no chilli cheese fries on the menu. - they brought us the wrong dish two times -Price is a bit too high Sehr schöne Innen und aussenausstattung. Exzellente dryaged Steaks, hausgemachte Kräuterbutter, burgers und ice tea.Was fehlt sind chilli cheese fries Timberjacks for the second time??? we ordered the Phili steak mac & cheese and the big daddy burger with blue cheese. The mac and cheese was ok but not so good(it had too much macaroni and vegetable fluid which ruined the taste and substance of the dish making it a 3 from 5) the fries were great 5 star golden fries! The big daddy burger got a 4 out of 5. It was very good but the patties weren't as juicy as the last time, I think it was made with a lower temperature, cause the inside was as cooked as the outside. Overall a weak 4 for this time. The interior design gets 6 from 5 stars! It's something over great with a mix of smart minimalism???

Meat is so tasty and tender. You can share a big piece of meat if needed. Grilled vegetables are awesome ! I will come back. Service is fast at 9pm.
